Summary
The signup bonus for this card is good.Combined with points top-up, the annual FN of this card can be redeemed for up to 50k per night.Although Marriott redemption is mostly dynamic now, it should not be hard to get more than $95 out of the value of this Free Night cert, so it is still worth considering keeping the card open after first anniversary.
Be aware the card is subject to Chase 5/24 rule.
